LEED-DGNB-WELL-BREEAM-BNB-Zertifizierung-Nachhaltiges-Bauen

Building Material Scout, the service platform for sustainable building products, is listing NORSA products with immediate effect. This means that all requisite sustainability information is available at a glance for architects, planners, construction companies and principals and you can get acquainted with the technical possibilities of modern concrete floor design. Only in this way can all stakeholders find and compare the right products for healthy and sustainable construction.

NORSA has more than 30 years of experience in the design of industrial floors and is considered a pioneer of new technologies in the field of concrete surface finishing. With the introduction of chemical concrete compaction in 1998, NORSA created new standards in sustainability in Central European industrial floor construction. With this technology, which does not require multiple layers, a single application is sufficient, and the floor remains abrasion and dust resistant for a lifetime, easy to maintain and resistant even to high mechanical loads. The floors retain their defined slip resistance and electrical conductivity.

The NORSA GmbH product listed – a solvent-free, odorless and incombustible concrete compactor – help to score points in the DGNB, LEED and BNB systems. In this way, NORSA helps customers achieve successful DGNB, LEED and BNB building certification.

NORSA also provides certification-related information in a clearly structured format.
You can find standardized DGNB, LEED and BNB assessments for download in the product database at www.building-material-scout.com. These assessments simplify product classification and documentation for planners, architects and construction companies, and also provide planning certainty for Green Building projects. The benefits of NORSA products are:

  • An intelligent and contemporary concrete coating according to the latest state of science and technology.
  • Safe and economical fulfillment of the highest demands on modern concrete surfaces in industry and commerce, as well as maximum flexibility and investment security for the building owner.
  • NORTEC® products are TÜV-tested, free of harmful substances and low in emissions, and harmless to the environment and health. They do not contain any ingredients listed in the REACH approval or candidate list.
  • With production in Germany, short and reliable supply chains have been guaranteed for years and the focus on regional proximity has been strengthened. Building owners and investors further benefit in the long term from savings in energy and maintenance costs, and flexible real estate reuse if required.
