Madaster is a global online platform that enables the circular use of products and materials in the construction industry. The platform acts as a material cadastre and offers users the opportunity to store, manage, enrich and exchange any real estate and material data. A Track & Trace option can be used to track where materials and components are installed in buildings, enabling them to be taken back by manufacturers.The precise documentation of the materials and products used turns buildings into raw material depots and facilitates reuse, promotes intelligent design and eliminates waste.
Building products used can be automatically integrated into a building passport with Madaster. This provides an overview of all products and materials used, including their service life, financial assessment, CO2 data, and health and circularity information. This is where the Building Material Scout comes into play, as the product information for the building products used can be integrated directly from the BMS database. Through this processing of building and product information, Madaster supports customers in sustainable financing, the creation of ESG reports and forms the basis for a future circular economy.
